The prescribed application forms are made available and the applicants seeking admission under management Quota have to obtain them from the principle on payment of the prescribed cost in cash.

They should affix a recently taken passport size photo duly attested by a competent authority. The completed application from with all the elevent enclosures is submitted to the principal in time.
